Bus Rules

While TPES does not have bus service, there are times when students participate on field trips that require bus service. Please help your student to get the most out of these experiences by reviewing proper guidelines and etiquette for bus rides.

1. Wait for the bus on the sidewalk.
2. Follow all directions given by the bus driver.
3. Respect the rights of others inside and outside the bus.
4. Do no push to get on or off the bus.
5. No eating, drinking or chewing gum on the bus.
6. Sit in your seat and face forward at all times.
7. Keep your head and other parts of your body inside the bus and out of the aisle.
8. No fighting, swearing or name calling.
9. No inappropriate language or actions.
10. No vandalism (defacing) the bus.
11. Use "inside" voices on the bus.
